Shipping

We currently ship across India through trusted courier partners. Orders are processed and dispatched within 24–48 hours of confirmation, Monday through Saturday, excluding public holidays.

• Standard Delivery: 2–6 business days depending on your location
• Metro Cities: Typically 2–4 business days
• Remote Areas: May take up to 7–9 business days
• Shipping Cost: Free on all orders across India

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your DOZ watch. If something isn't right, we offer a straightforward 7-day return window from the date of delivery.

Eligibility

• Product must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging with all tags and accessories
• Return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery
• Gift sets must be returned complete, with all included straps and the collector's box

How to Return

• Contact us via our Contact Us page or write to support@destinyofzodiac.com with your order ID
• Our team will arrange a reverse pickup or provide return shipping instructions
• Once received and inspected, we'll process your refund or exchange

Refunds

Approved refunds are credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of us receiving the returned product. Cash on Delivery orders are refunded via bank transfer or UPI, whichever you prefer.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging, and we'll arrange a free replacement or full refund.
